#4 Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese

Well this recipe is actually called Cheryl's Macaroni and Cheese so I must give credit where credit is due although I added dry mustard which was a suggestion from Dorothy in South Carolina. There are several slowcooker mac and cheese recipes in a book given to me by my friend Andrea entitled, Lazy Day Cookin' from Reader's Digest. This was actually Aslan's favourite mac and cheese to date and Brent liked it alot too. It was too bland and too mushy for me and Hamish wasn't too crazy about it either. It was very nice though just to stir and then leave the house and let it cook on it's own.

8 oz dry elbow macaroni, cooked
3 - 4 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
13-oz can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c milk
2 eggs
1 t salt
1/4 t black pepper
1 small chopped onion
1/2 t dry mustard
1. Combine all ingredients, except 1 cup cheese, in greased slow cooker. Sprinkle reserved cup of cheese over top.
2. Cover. Cook on low 3 - 4 hours. Do not remove the lid or stir until the mixture has finished cooking.
